Momentum Centre Hiring! Full Time HR MANAGER in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 8,000 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily HR operations and activities.
• Handle recruitment, manpower planning and employee onboarding.
• Manage payroll, attendance, leave and employee records.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievances.
• Manage foreign worker matters, including work permits, FOMEMA, levy and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate employee training and development programmes.
• Manage HR policies, procedures and company documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and provide HR advice to management.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 requirements and HR documentation.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
• Experience in payroll and foreign worker management is an advantage.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
