We’re looking for a Growth & Client Engagement Intern to support our sales and client coordination efforts at AKC. In this role, you’ll get hands-on exposure to how enquiries are followed up, how relationships are built, and how opportunities are converted into actual revenue.

This is not a “sit and observe” internship — you’ll be involved in real work that impacts the business.

• Follow up on enquiries and support lead conversion efforts
• Assist in responding to client questions and coordinating next steps
• Track leads, opportunities, and account activity
• Maintain simple trackers and client records
• Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and materials
• Help schedule meetings and follow-ups
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience
• Conduct basic research on prospects and market opportunities

• Real exposure to sales, client engagement, and business growth
• Understanding of how leads move through a sales pipeline
• Hands-on experience in account coordination and follow-through
• Improved communication and stakeholder management skills
• A strong foundation for careers in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Partnerships

• Diploma or Degree student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Comfortable communicating with people (calls, messages, emails)
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Basic familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
• Interest in sales, growth, or client-facing roles
