Responsibilities
Responsibility:
Conduct routine field inspections of assigned collection routes, premises and service locations.
Monitor refuse and recycling collection activities to ensure compliance with schedules and service standards.
Identify and report missed collections, overflowing/damaged bins, spillage, access issues and other service-related problems.
Monitor drivers and attendants to ensure compliance with operational procedures, service standards and safety requirements.
Attend to assigned service feedback and complaints, including conducting site investigations where required.
Coordinate with drivers, attendants and Operations personnel to ensure timely rectification of service issues.
Inspect refuse/recycling bins, bulk bins and collection points, and report requirements for repair, replacement or relocation.
Monitor ground conditions and identify operational difficulties affecting collection routes and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records, photographs and inspection findings, and prepare daily or periodic field reports.
Escalate significant incidents, recurring service issues, safety concerns and operational disruptions to the Operations team.
Requirement
Minimum Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent.
Relevant experience in waste management, environmental services, logistics, transport or field operations is advantageous.
Able to perform outdoor field duties and work in different weather conditions.
Able to work independently and respond to changing operational requirements.
Possession of a valid Singapore driving licenceis advantageous due to the mobile nature of the role.
