Job description

• Coordinate work process and information to ensure the timely arrival of heavy equipment or delivery information to customer.
• Ensure smooth running of daily service operation and resolve on-site operational issues and customer service level satisfaction.
• Work closely with business, distributors/end customers, internal customers to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Work well with the engineers and mechanics on the follow up updates of service calls and job delivery.
• Assist with raising of Purchase Order to Supplier, Delivery Order and Invoice.
• Liaising with existing customer and handling customer enquiries and feedback.
• Build good relationship with the management, team and customers.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Administration / Engineering / Customer Service

· With 2-3 years of experience handling operation / customer service coordination

· Familiar with heavy equipment products will be an advantage

· Possess good communication with good interpersonal skills

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
