We are a small, experienced team looking for a dependable Business Administrator to support our day-to-day operations and help keep the business organised and running efficiently.

About the Role

This is a full-time, work-from-home position for candidates based in Singapore.

You will provide administrative and operational support to the business while working closely with our investigators. As part of a small team, you will have a varied role and will be expected to manage your responsibilities independently, stay on top of outstanding matters, and provide reliable support where needed.

Due to the nature of our work, you may have access to sensitive client information and case-related documents. A high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion is therefore essential.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Managing general administrative and operational tasks
• Maintaining accurate client, case, and business records
• Preparing, organising, and maintaining documents and reports
• Assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, payments, and basic financial administration
• Updating spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems
• Coordinating with investigators and providing administrative support for ongoing cases
• Monitoring and following up on outstanding administrative matters
• Helping to improve internal processes, systems, and workflows
• Maintaining organised and accurate digital records
• Supporting other general business and administrative matters as required

Who We're Looking For

Previous experience in the private investigation industry is NOT required. We are primarily looking for someone who is dependable, organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate should:

• Have previous experience in administration, operations, business support, or a similar role
• Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Have good written and verbal communication skills
• Be highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Understand the importance of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Have basic knowledge of invoicing, expense tracking, payments, and general financial administration
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools, particularly Word and Excel
• Be comfortable learning and using new software, databases, and CRM systems
• Be responsive and contactable by phone when required for work-related matters
• Be based in Singapore
