Job Description:

• Handle contract and procurement activities.
• Source suppliers/subcontractors and obtain quotations.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts and related documents.
• Compare quotations and assist in negotiation with suppliers.
• Monitor orders, deliveries and procurement status.
• Coordinate with project/site and other departments.
• Maintain proper procurement and contract records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement, Contract Management, Business Administration, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in contract/procurement/construction industry.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to communicate and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
