We want someone who lives on social media and has opinions about what works there. You’ll pitch, shoot, edit and publish content for Cleverly and our clients across TikTok, Instagram Reels and other relevant platforms.

We’re open to weird ideas, sharp humour, unexpected formats and the occasional “should we really post this?” moment. You should be willing to make content that feels a little degen when the brand and audience call for it and know how to make the joke land.

You’ll work with our marketing and design teams, but this is a hands-on creator role. We want you to bring ideas to the table and make them happen.

• Spot trends, memes and conversations early, then turn the right ones into content.
• Pitch concepts, write hooks and scripts, film, edit and publish short-form videos.
• Create social posts that people might actually stop scrolling for.
• Experiment with formats and use performance data to improve the next piece.
• Adapt your ideas to different clients without making every brand sound the same.
• Keep content moving from idea to post while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

• Strong instincts for TikTok, Instagram and internet culture.
• Examples of content you’ve made, whether for a brand, a client or your own account.
• Basic filming and editing skills, plus the willingness to get in front of the camera when an idea needs it.
• The confidence to pitch unconventional ideas and explain why they could work.
• Good English writing skills. Additional languages are a plus.
• The judgment to know when a joke is funny, when it fits the brand and when it goes too far.

A diploma or degree is welcome, but your work matters more. Experience is useful, though you don’t need a long résumé if you can show us what you can make.
