• The Operations Executive oversees the efficient handling of RFID systems, stock management, and customer service to promote operational excellence within the store. The role is critical in maintaining compliance standards, resource adequacy, and safety measures, providing support across various store functions to help achieve a seamless and effective retail environment. Success in this role involves balancing day-to-day operational tasks with strategic compliance initiatives to align with company policies and enhance customer satisfaction.

General

• Fully understand the general concept of RFID including RFID Identity and Reading.
• Recognize six benefits of RFID in Customer Service, Sale/Return, Inventory, Camion, Replenishment, and Security.
• Organize stockroom and shop floor efficiently, ensuring stock is arranged according to family and styles quickly and accurately.
• Process overstock and handle faulty items appropriately.
• Conduct stock enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage replenishment of stock accordingly.
• Ensure the movement of stock to the stockroom is conducted properly.
• Maintain resource adequacy across all legal compliance areas within the store.
• Ensure thorough knowledge and training on SOPs among employees.
• Implement store self-assessment audits and reviews of internal audit reports.
• Develop action plans with management to ensure compliance actions are fulfilled.
• Maintain good housekeeping and communicate with management in case of accidents.
• Awareness of employee and customer risks, ensuring safe work practices are communicated and implemented.
