We are looking for a responsible and experienced Cook Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and support the team in delivering good service and maintaining smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant.

* Lead and guide service staff to ensure efficient and friendly customer service.

* Assign duties and prepare staff work schedules.

* Monitor food quality, service standards and workplace cleanliness.

* Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.

* Monitor inventory, stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.

* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.

* Train and coach new and existing staff.

* Assist the management team with operational matters and staff performance.

* Perform other duties related to restaurant operations as required.
