Responsibilities
Working hour
Mondays to Fridays: 7.00 am to 4:00 pm
Key Roles
Man reception counter at General Office
Provide printing support using high-speed multifunction printer
Greet and welcome visitors
Answer, screen, and forward calls
Attend to queries in person or via phone
Handle mail and deliveries
Attend to sick students and those seeking permission to leave school
Any other duties assigned by the school
Requirements
Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent
IT literate and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
At least 1 year of relevant experience
