Drive commercial growth for a top global engagement marketing agency. You will act as a strategic partner managing key regional accounts across Singapore and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Strategy: Develop annual action plans, conduct needs assessments, and advocate for key clients internally.
• Commercial Growth: Identify account expansion opportunities, lead proposal pitches/RFPs, and upsell event and communication solutions.
• Team & Financial Oversight: Oversee project budgets, manage multi-functional project teams, and resolve commercial challenges smoothly.
• Consultative Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor, translating client objectives into actionable agency solutions.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years in account management or client success within events, hospitality, or marketing agencies.
• Proven experience managing major client portfolios, pitches, and event budgets.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred.
