Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and technically competent Senior IT Executive to manage and support the Company’s IT systems, infrastructure and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support day-to-day IT operations
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot software/programming applications
• Manage IT hardware, software, network and system infrastructure
• Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software issues
• Monitor system performance, security and IT infrastructure
• Coordinate with vendors and external IT service providers
• Support implementation of IT projects and system improvements
• Ensure effective IT policies, procedures and controls are followed

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
• Good knowledge of programming / software development
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking and IT systems
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple IT priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
