MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Marketing Knowledge: Collaborate with the marketing department to implement promotional strategies for bedding products, including creating and executing marketing campaigns.

• Roadshow Coordinating: Plan and coordinate roadshow events to promote products, services, or brand initiatives across various locations. This includes coordinating logistics, scheduling, staffing, and promotional activities to ensure successful execution of roadshow campaigns.

• E-commerce Collaboration: Collaborate with the e-commerce team to integrate online sales channels with brick-and-mortar operations. This includes coordinating inventory management, fulfillment processes, and promotional strategies to ensure a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for customers .

• Price Ticketing Creation: Create standardization and update price tickets for bedding products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with pricing policies.

• Homewares Management : Collaborate with the marketing & e-comm department to implement promotional strategies, including creating and executing marketing campaigns. Managing stock, including clearing out aging inventory.

• Any other reasonable duties to be advised from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Operations, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable working closely with frontline retail teams and coordinating across multiple departments.

• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in retail, bedding, homeware, or FMCG industries.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplace operations.

• Event planning and roadshow coordination experience will be an added advantage.
