Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Account Executive will handle day-to-day client account management, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating billing and payment follow-ups. The role involves maintaining accurate records, updating account information, and supporting reporting requirements for management. The Account Executive will liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, resolve client inquiries, and support the implementation of new solutions or service enhancements. The role also includes assisting with administrative tasks, contributing to process improvements, and supporting client relationship-building activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and provide responsive support.
  • Solid administrative and organizational abilities, with experience in order processing, documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Basic accounting or finance knowledge, with comfort handling invoices, payment tracking, and simple reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and ability to quickly learn internal systems.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work accurately under time constraints.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate tasks across different functions.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in professional services or client-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Comfort working on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and commitment to maintaining professional integrity and confidentiality.
