Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage & support a highly motivated sales team to provide differentiated product solutions to customers.
• Align PID team with sales in providing technical knowledge of differentiated products to meet customer requirements and drive sales.
• Ensure effectiveness of brand performance and promotion for all BUs (SDGI Sei Mangkei, SDGI Langat and SDGI Pasir Gudang).
• Identify areas of growth for regional teams and focus on growing existing and development of new markets.
• Direct differentiated sales strategy to ensure optimum utilization of BUs, including long term sales plan with major customers.
• Manage product line & pricing function to optimize BUs for production of B2B differentiated products by analyzing effectiveness on cost, time and capacity available.
• Accountable for trading & risk management performance through the differentiated trade desk.
• Accountable for supply chain & business process team in supporting differentiated products.

Ideal Candidate

• University degree in any relevant discipline
• Ability to communicate clearly across various functions
• Experience in oils & fats business
• Experience managing overseas location
• Experience in sales & marketing
