11 Westside is looking for a hands-on and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team, and drive service and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

* Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the FOH team.

* Maintain high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.

* Monitor sales, manpower, inventory, wastage, and operating costs.

* Support the GM in achieving revenue, cost, and P&L targets.

* Handle guest feedback and service recovery.

* Work closely with kitchen, bar, marketing, and management teams.

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs and Singapore F&B regulations.

* Support events, promotions, corporate bookings, and revenue-driving initiatives.

Requirements

* Minimum 4 years of F&B experience, including restaurant management experience.

* Mexican or Latin American restaurant experience preferred.

* Strong leadership and team-management skills.

* Good understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, inventory, and P&L.

* Knowledge of tequila, mezcal, cocktails, and bar operations is an advantage.

* Hands-on, energetic, commercially minded, and guest-focused.

* Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
