Key Job Responsibilities

• Planning and Execution

o Lead customer service level performance and operational efficiency for the designated network.

• Inventory

o Ensure proper inventory procedures are being followed.
o Prioritization of orders and adjusting of schedules to ensure customer priority requirements are met.

• Logistics & Warehouse Management

o Responsible for the Logistic Operation (warehousing and transportation) managing the market budget for the function delivering Productivity Targets.
o Ensure efficient scheduling and routing to and from plants and their customers to achieve lowest total costs and on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery.

• Continuous Improvement

o Initiate, and implement process improvements and system enhancements (SAP, TMS) to improve operational efficiency.

• Operations Strategy

o Integral team member involved in developing, planning and executing new operational strategies across the Region.

• Data Analysis and Reporting

o Prepare management reports, dashboards, and scenario analyses for key metrics, including order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, order completion.

• Stakeholder Management

o Serve as the primary liaison with Sales, Supply, and Global Logistics staff on the delivery of cost-effective customer service.

• Compliance

o Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and trade compliance requirements.

• Report directly to Senior Operations Manager, APAC.

Preferred Skills & Experience
Education & Experience

Experience : Generally, 2-4 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or other Business-related disciplines. Familiar with a variety of SCM concepts, practices, and procedures. Experienced in managing projects.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.

Technical skills : Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, OMS) and advanced Microsoft Applications, including excel.

Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet specific deadlines.

Interpersonal skills with desire to be a team member.

High performer with initiative to learn other responsibilities.
Skills Required

• Able to handle massive data analysis.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Good communication, detail-minded and able to work independently.

Strong business acumen, as well as problem solving skills.

Strong Microsoft Applications, experience in SAP is a must.

Experienced in data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation

Multi-tasking and working under pressure is expected.
