The Opportunity

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer who wants tobuild more than an engineering career. As an early technical hire, you willhelp translate innovative energy-efficiency technologies into real, measurableenergy and carbon savings at customer sites.

This role is designed to evolve. You will start hands-on,learn the ground reality deeply, turn that experience into repeatable systems,train others, and progressively grow into a managerial role capable of buildingand leading implementation teams across regions.

During the initial years, this will be a deliberatelyhands-on role. Before you can build an implementation organisation, you need tounderstand implementation yourself.

That means being at customer sites, understanding panels,wiring, controls and equipment, working alongside technicians and contractors,commissioning systems, troubleshooting problems and discovering the practicalissues that only become visible during real-world implementation.

Because many customers - particularly restaurants, hotelsand commercial facilities - cannot interrupt operations during normal businesshours, a meaningful portion of installations may take place at night or outsidenormal working hours. Candidates should be comfortable with nighttimeinstallations, particularly during the initial years.

The purpose is not for this to remain a permanentnight-installation role. The objective is to build enough field depth toidentify the kinks, failure points and unnecessary complexity in implementation- and then engineer them out.

From Engineer to Manager

The longer-term objective is for the Implementation Engineerto move from personally executing and supervising implementations to buildingthe capability for others to deliver them successfully.

As you gain experience, you will be expected to standardiseand simplify Greenstrides' implementation model so that trained ImplementationExecutives, contractors and local technical partners can deploy solutionsreliably across multiple markets, with senior engineering expertise providingoversight and escalation support.

· Standardised site-survey and scoping procedures.

What You Will Do

Site Assessment & Engineering

· Conduct technical site surveys at restaurants,hotels, commercial buildings and other customer facilities.

· Understand existing electrical, refrigeration,ventilation, HVAC and control-system configurations.

· Collect equipment specifications, electricalmeasurements, operating parameters and site data.

· Review electrical drawings, single-linediagrams, control schematics and equipment documentation.

· Identify suitable Greenstrides technologies anddevelop scopes of work and implementation requirements.

Solution Implementation

· Translate site assessments into practicalimplementation plans.

· Coordinate with customers, contractors,electricians, technicians and technology partners.

· Supervise installation and integration ofGreenstrides technologies.

· Participate in testing, commissioning, handoverand technical documentation.

· Work hands-on alongside installation teams whenrequired, including nighttime or off-hours work during the initial years.

Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting

· Monitor equipment and system performance afterimplementation.

· Analyse energy-consumption and operating data.

· Identify abnormal performance and troubleshoottechnical issues.

· Coordinate corrective actions with contractorsand technology partners.

· Support measurement and verification of energysavings.

Technology Transfer & Process Building

· Participate in technical training andknowledge-transfer sessions with global technology partners.

· Develop expertise across multipleenergy-efficiency technologies.

· Convert partner knowledge and field experienceinto practical deployment procedures.

· Build Greenstrides' internal engineeringstandards, checklists, training materials and troubleshooting guides.

· Continuously improve implementation so itbecomes simpler, safer, faster and more scalable.

What Success Could Look Like

Phase 1 - Master the Ground Reality

Work hands-on alongside contractors and technology partners.Participate in site surveys, installations, commissioning and troubleshooting -including nighttime installations where customer operations require them. Buildpractical judgement by seeing what actually happens in the field.

Phase 2 - Build the Playbook

Turn field experience into repeatable processes. Standardisehow Greenstrides scopes, installs, commissions, monitors and supports itstechnologies. Identify recurring problems and systematically remove them.

Phase 3 - Build the Team

Train and supervise Implementation Executives, contractorsand technical partners. Move progressively from personally executinginstallations to technical oversight, quality assurance and escalation support.

Phase 4 - Scale Across Markets

Take increasing responsibility for developing implementationcapabilities across Singapore, ASEAN and Australia - building local teams,developing implementation leaders and ensuring consistent technical qualityacross markets.

Who We Are Looking For

· Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Building Services, Energy Engineering ora related technical discipline.

· Some practical engineering experience ispreferred, but learning attitude, ownership and trajectory matter just as much.

· Practical knowledge of electrical systems,motors, VFDs, control panels, HVAC, refrigeration or building systems isadvantageous.

· Comfortable working at customer sites andunderstanding how equipment actually operates.

· Curious, resourceful and able to learnunfamiliar technologies quickly.

· Comfortable analysing technical and energy data.

· Clear communicator with customers, contractorsand technical partners.

· Willing to work hard and get hands-on,especially during the company's early growth phase.

· Comfortable with nighttime and off-hoursinstallations when customer operations require them.

· Able to turn technical learning into repeatableprocesses that less-specialised implementation teams can execute.

· Interested in developing from an individualtechnical contributor into a manager who can build, train and lead teams acrossregions.

· Genuinely excited about sustainability andmeasurable environmental impact.

We are looking for someone with an unusual combination ofengineering curiosity, humility, ownership and ambition.

In the beginning, you should be comfortable putting on yoursafety shoes and spending the night at a customer site figuring out whysomething is not working. You should want to understand not just what needs tobe done, but why it works, what can go wrong and how the implementation can beimproved.

But you should not want to remain the person who has tosolve every problem personally. Your mindset should evolve from 'How do I solvethis?' to 'How do I make sure our team never has to solve this problem fromscratch again?' - and eventually to 'How do I build and lead teams that candeliver this successfully across hundreds or thousands of sites?'

That transition - from hands-on engineer, to systemsbuilder, to people leader - is fundamental to this role.
