Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP Planning & Capability Building: Lead the overall planning and architecture of the group’s unified ERP system, participate in business requirement analysis, and drive process optimization and system enhancements.

  • System Development & Team Leadership: Manage and guide the IT team to complete ERP program development, reporting design, and interface debugging, supporting customized business requirements.

  • Cross-System Integration: Design and oversee integration between ERP and core business systems including Finance, Production, Procurement, Sales, Warehousing, and HR, ensuring seamless data exchange and efficient workflow collaboration.

  • Business Process Optimization: Standardize and streamline manufacturing workflows to improve system stability and business adaptability.

  • Data Governance & Reporting: Establish a robust data governance framework and reporting system to provide accurate, traceable data for production management and business decision-making.

Qualifications :

  • ERP & System Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP, OA, WMS, TMS, PMC, CIM, DOC, Finance & Accounting, CRM, SRM, or Drop Shipping systems, with strong knowledge of module configuration and business processes (e.g., material master data, purchase orders, production orders, MRP runs).

  • Industry Background: Manufacturing experience required; electronics industry experience preferred.

  • Technical Skills: At least 3 years of experience in system architecture and design, with the ability to independently develop and debug simple programs.Strong portfolio showcasing design process and final products.

  • Business Knowledge: Solid understanding of manufacturing operations including production planning, material management, and cost control.

  • Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving and requirement analysis skills, capable of quickly identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.

  • Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using standard ERP functions and enhancement development tools.
