Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders and projects.

• Prepare for tender submission and follow-up with Tender Questionnaires reply and Interview.

• Sourcing, evaluate and negotiation with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors.

• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner.

• Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings

• Other QS duties as assigned from time to time

 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Architectural, Building Construction, Interior Design or equivalent
