Head Chef — NORMA Singapore

NORMA is a new cocktail-led venue in Singapore built around world-class drinks, curated music and private VIP dining. We're looking for a Head Chef to open and run our kitchen.

The role

• Own the food programme end to end: menu development, costing, ordering and supplier relationships
• Design a menu that works alongside the bar — sharing plates for the communal table, à la carte for the VIP rooms, and late-night food that holds up past 10:30pm
• Run daily kitchen operations, prep systems and stock control in a compact, efficient kitchen
• Hire, train and lead a small kitchen team
• Maintain NEA hygiene standards and full food safety compliance

You should have

• 3+ years as Head Chef or Sous Chef in a bar, restaurant or hotel kitchen
• Strong food costing and GP discipline — this is a lean operation
• Comfort with evening and late-night service, including weekends
• NEA Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain before opening)

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
