Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and data analysis capabilities, including the ability to interpret experimental results and troubleshoot issues.
• Solid research experience, with the ability to design experiments, review literature, and document findings clearly and accurately.
• Proficient laboratory skills, including safe handling of equipment, adherence to protocols, and basic optical or photonic setup familiarity.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with supervisors, team members, and present research outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in physics, engineering, photonics, or a closely related field; enrollment in or eligibility for a relevant postgraduate program is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage time effectively, and meet research milestones.
• Familiarity with scientific software tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python, or similar) and basic data visualization skills is an advantage.
• Demonstrated interest in photonics, optics, or related areas, with a commitment to pursuing high-quality research.
