Job responsibilities
- Provide excellent level of customer service to the customers
- Provide solutions to customers and to maximize sales by cross-selling and up-selling
- Handle customer enquires
- Follow up the transaction at cashier counter
- Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers on shop promotion
- Provide support in stock taking, replenishing and cleaning sales floor
- Provide support in merchandising arrivals
- Provide support for in-shop events
- Provide support in visual merchandising and display
- Enforce safety, health and security rules
