Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Singapore-incorporated companies and provide corporate secretarial support.
Prepare directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, meeting minutes, notices and other statutory documents.
Handle company incorporations, changes of directors, shareholders, company officers, registered addresses and share capital.
Prepare and lodge statutory filings with ACRA through BizFile+, including annual returns.
Maintain statutory registers, minute books and corporate records.
Assist with share allotments, share transfers, changes in shareholding and company restructuring matters.
Conduct customer due diligence, KYC and compliance checks on clients and relevant parties.
Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other regulatory requirements.
Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities.
Provide administrative support and perform other corporate secretarial duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Law or a related discipline.
Relevant corporate secretarial experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Familiarity with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA requirements and BizFile+ is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
