About the Role

Help organise, transform and analyse product, candidate, job and operational data so the platform can make better

decisions and provide more useful career intelligence. Work may span data pipelines, analytics models,

dashboards, quality checks and reporting.

As a Data Engineer & Analytics Specialist, you may contribute to different areas of the Neural Career Network

ecosystem depending on your experience, interests and the requirements of upcoming projects. Specific

responsibilities, scope, deliverables, duration and engagement terms will be communicated when a suitable

opportunity becomes available.

What You May Work On

 Design and maintain reliable data pipelines and transformation workflows.

 Create clean analytical datasets for product, recruitment and business reporting.

 Build dashboards, metrics and monitoring for platform usage and growth.

 Improve data quality, validation, lineage and documentation.

 Support analytics and experimentation across product and operational teams.

What We're Looking For

 Strong SQL skills and practical experience working with structured datasets.

 Experience with Python or another language commonly used for data workflows.

 Understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT and analytical reporting.

 Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

 Professional, responsible approach to commitments and deadlines.
