Microsoft 365 Support Engineer

Singapore | Full-Time

We are looking for Microsoft 365 Support Engineers to provide Level 2 support and administration across the Microsoft 365 service catalogue.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 services, incidents, requests, and approved changes.
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Manage users, groups, licenses, MFA, SSPR, and Conditional Access.
• Support Intune, Defender, Purview, and tenant-supporting Azure services.
• Monitor service health, troubleshoot issues, and manage Microsoft support cases.
• Participate in on-call support and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Microsoft 365 administration or L2 support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, SLA-driven support, and incident management.
• MS-102, MD-102, or equivalent M365 experience.

Preferred

• Experience with Intune, Defender, Purview, PowerShell, and Power Platform Governance.
• Exposure to government or regulated environments.
• Microsoft security certifications are advantageous.
