ServiceOne Solutions Malaysia Hiring! Full Time IT Onsite Support in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,500 - Ricebowl

SUMMARY

This position provides service assistance to the office, warehouse, and store operations with services and facilities managed by the user at stated service levels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains effective communication with the office users, customer IT team, retail operation team and store team
• Works with respective internal technology teams and functions to ensure high quality of services and facilities rendered to retail operations
• Supports in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT devices (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile phones, peripherals)
• Assists in operating system management, software installations, and patch management
• Work with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to provide services of (but not limited to):
• Helpdesk
• Request
• Store projects
• Provide scheduled 5 days per week on-site services covering store operations in Malaysia
• IT device deployment as required by the end customer
• Maintain IT hardware & software inventory and life cycle
• Other duties as assigned from time to time

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience supporting retail operations in the luxury industry is an added advantage
• Hands-on IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, etc., with a basic understanding of networking and entry-level server concepts
• Customer-centric and aims to deliver exceed expectation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Able to speak and write fluent Mandarin will be an added advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Higher diploma in IT (or computing-related discipline) or above
• 1 - 3 years of experience in IT support, with luxury retail preferred

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

• Working Hours : 0900 AM ~ 1800 PM, Monday to Friday
• Working Location:
• 3 working days at KLCC area
• 2 working days at Bangsar South, KL
• Schedule will be decided at a later stage
• Fully on-site
• 12-month contract – with renewal (subject to performance)
