A leading global technology company is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to support advertisers across Vietnam and the wider Southeast Asia market. The role focuses on helping businesses improve the performance of their digital advertising campaigns through data, strategy, and effective client support.

What you’ll do

• Partner with advertisers to understand business and campaign goals and recommend practical solutions.
• Review campaign performance, identify issues, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.
• Troubleshoot campaign and technical issues, working closely with internal specialist teams when needed.
• Manage client relationships and support high-value advertising activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with teams across marketing, creative, analytics, and technical support to deliver effective solutions.

What we’re looking for

• 5–7+ years of experience in performance marketing or direct response advertising.
• Native/business-level Vietnamese and English, with confidence communicating directly with clients.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok, AppLovin, or similar.
• Strong understanding of campaign performance, optimization, and advertising metrics.
• Background supporting app gaming or e-commerce clients is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience using AI tools or AI agents is a plus.

This is a 6 months contract based in Singapore.
