Responsibilities
Position: Customer Service Representative
Start Date: 23rd September 2026
Job Scope
- Answer inbound calls related to customer inquiries or complaints regarding telco
- Perform cross-selling & upgrades (Prepaid → Postpaid)
Package
- R&R Allowance: up to RM500
RM200 (KPI-based)
RM300 (Attendance)
- Shift Allowance: RM10 per shift (after 10PM)
- Performance Incentives (Sales-based)
- Language Allowance: RM300 (Mandarin speakers)
- Up-selling Commission: Up to RM1,000
- Stay-On Bonus RM600 (after 6 months, T&C apply)
Working Hours (Rotational Shift)
Monday – Sunday (5 working days, 2 off days)
PM Shifts (CURRENTLY HIRING):
1PM – 10PM | 2PM – 11PM | 3PM – 12AM
Note: PM shift applicants must have own transport
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
