About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to supportdata verification and reconciliation activities, ensuring information isaccurate, complete, and up to date. The role involves reviewing and validatingdata, identifying discrepancies, maintaining records, and preparing reportsusing Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with largevolumes of data, has strong Excel skills, communicates effectively, and canwork independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and verify fee collection records for accuracy.
• Identify and highlight payment discrepancies or missing information.
• Review records and flag any errors that require correction.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of findings.
• Support updates and corrections of records when required.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data filtering)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in data verification, reconciliation, or related administrative roles is an advantage
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data and ensuring data accuracy and completeness

• Location: Geylang Bahru
• Working Schedule: Mon – Thu (8.30am – 6pm), Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
