Responsibilities
KeyResponsibilities
Prepare all mise-en-place accurately and ensure readiness before service
Pull, portion, and shape dough before conditioning for proofing
Take orders and handle cashiering duties
Craft high-quality pizzas according to incoming orders
Brew and prepare coffee and other beverage
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and work area
Perform stock taking and place orders to ensure adequate inventory levels
Follow First In First Out (FIFO) procedures for all ingredients and supplies
Assist in general kitchen operations and support team members where needed
Requirements
Prior 1-2 years of F&B or kitchen experience is a plus
Training will be provided
Good teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays (shift-based)
Able to start immediately
