Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join GigaDevice in Singapore. This role combines the responsibilities of a sales support and management of our growing customer base in SEA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and cross-cultural communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Admin & Support Duties:

Sales Administration

• Generate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for internal review.
• Track RFQs and business opportunities.
• Maintain customer and opportunity records in CRM systems.

Sales Support

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve revenue and market penetration goals.
• Coordinate and assist sales in managing Key customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Support company internal contract negotiation and execution as well as distributor/customer communication.
• Support account managers with presentations, proposals, and business reviews.
• Supporting strategic customers such as EMS partners, distributors, and OEMs.
• Monitor order fulfillment and resolve shipment issues.
• Collaborate with supply chain on bottlenecks and communicate to Sales/Customer on a timely manner.
• Assist with trade shows, marketing campaigns, and customer events.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyse sales data and identify trends.
• Prepare monthly sales performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs including revenue, bookings, RFQs, and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency would be a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or project management, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, etc.).

• Familiarity with Electronics Industry.
