The Lead Software Engineer for Channel Internet Banking will design, develop, and maintain a secure, scalable online banking platform. You will lead a software engineering team, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive innovative solutions to deliver an exceptional banking experience.

Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions tailored for the internet banking platform to meet business needs
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to industry best practices and security standards
Research and apply the latest technologies and trends in internet banking to innovate and improve user experience
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software application issues promptly to maintain seamless platform operations
Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes and technical specifications for transparency and knowledge sharing
Ensure all software solutions comply with security protocols to protect user data and maintain platform integrity
