Join Autoshield’s expanding team to make outbound calls inviting target segments for free company's insurance quotations (not life or investment insurance). You will work in a supportive environment with provided leads, contributing to business growth and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned target segments to invite them for free insurance quotations
• Use provided leads to engage potential clients and explain quotation benefits clearly
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed to support sales conversion
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve outreach effectiveness
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills
• Meet or exceed performance targets to qualify for bonuses and promotion opportunities
