Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
Manage staff schedules and manpower.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are maintained.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Monitor stock, ordering, and wastage.
Ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
Support sales targets and other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant/F&B experience.
Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Responsible, hardworking, and customer-oriented.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
