Looking for Finance Transformation/Automation Specialist!

Your new company:

A global organisation with a growing Global Business Services (GBS) team. The company is driving large-scale digital finance transformation across 15+ countries and is looking for a Finance Transformation Specialist. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with solutions to optimise finance operations, covering transformation initiatives, automation, and system enhancements.


Your new role:

• Lead finance BPR activities and drive cross‑functional discussions to implement improved end‑to‑end processes.
• Develop and design automation solutions to enhance finance operations.
• Manage project execution including requirements, UAT, go‑live, and hypercare support.
• Support global digital finance transformation by optimizing systems and integrating enhancements.

What you'll need to succeed:

• 2-3 years of experience in Shared Services (open to BPO if client was SSC).
• Minimum 1 experience in Process improvement.
• Process improvement experience (automation, streamline, migration)
• Accounting background
• Exposure to Power Query, Power Bi, VBA, RPA, SAP, Oracle or any automation tools
