Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to placement and aftercare

• Build and maintain professional relationships with both clients and candidates

• Understand clients' hiring needs and match them with the right talent

• Maintain accurate records and manage a portfolio of active roles

Requirements

• Fresh graduates in Social Sciences or Business

• Strong communication skills; fluent in English (Mandarin is an added advantage)

• Genuine interest in recruitment; Both willing and motivated to succeed in the field

• Sales-driven mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed targets
