Position : Accounts Assistant

Salary : $2,800 – $3,200 (depending on experience)

Working Time : Mon – Fri | 9am – 6pm

Location : Bishan

Job Descriptions :

• Assist in handling daily accounting tasks such as data entry and document filing
• Processing invoices, receipts, and payments
• Assist in preparing basic accounting reports and schedules
• Support the accounting team in month-end closing
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are kept systematically
• Assist with GST documentation if required
• Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements :

• O Level / Diploma in Accounting or related field
• At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
