Job Summary

Oversee daily restaurant operations by leading staff, managing supplier relations, controlling inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive service excellence and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate restaurant staff activities to maintain efficient daily operations and deliver excellent service
• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure a smooth and reliable supply chain
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures to reduce operational expenses while maintaining quality standards
• Engage with dining customers to assess food quality and service satisfaction and resolve concerns proactively
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain adequate stock of food supplies and essentials, preventing shortages
• Manage restaurant cash flow and accurately settle outstanding bills to ensure financial accountability
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs assigned by management to support business growth
• Apply strong organizational skills to schedule staff, control inventory, and prioritize tasks effectively

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
