Job Responsibilities

Plan, manage and oversee the daily operations of the wholesale and retail business.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with customers and suppliers.

Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Manage inventory, including stock checking, ordering, receiving and storage of fruits.

Conduct quality checks, grading and classification of different types of fruits.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene and operational standards.

Assist with loading and unloading fruits, including durians and other heavy cartons weighing at least 60kg.

Perform general cleaning duties, including wiping tables, clearing durian shells and disposing of waste properly.

Assist with other operational duties as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum

5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing

, preferably in the food, fruit wholesale or retail industry.

Good knowledge of different types of fruits, including fruit quality, grading and classification.

Experience in wholesale/retail operations, inventory management and customer service will be an advantage.

Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting of cartons weighing

at least 60kg

.

Willing to work long hours, including

late nights, weekends and public holidays

.

Willing to work in the

East Area of Singapore

.

Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and supervise staff effectively.
