We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect (M365 & Endpoint Management) to lead the design, governance, and enterprise rollout of modern digital workplace solutions across a global, multi-site footprint.

In this role, you will act as the principal architectural authority for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), and modern endpoint management. You will transform complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-centric endpoint, identity, and collaboration frameworks while maintaining strict alignment with enterprise IT/OT security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the target-state blueprint, technical roadmaps, and reusable architectural patterns for M365, Microsoft Intune, and End-User Computing (EUC) across global and regional operations.
• Own the end-to-end design for Microsoft Intune deployment—including device enrollment, Conditional Access policies, Compliance/Configuration profiles, Application Lifecycle Management, and patch management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android ecosystems.
• Partner closely with identity teams to architect seamless Entra ID (Azure AD) integration, SSO, MFA, Passwordless authentication, and Zero Trust access models.
• Provide technical oversight throughout the full project lifecycle—from discovery, high-level/detailed design (HLD/LLD), and proof-of-concept (PoC) validation to implementation assurance and build-to-run transition.
• Ensure all modern workplace designs comply with global data protection regulations (GDPR, ISO 27001, local compliance) and enterprise IT security baselines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT infrastructure, security, and business leads, while acting as the primary liaison with Microsoft technical account managers and solution partners.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of dedicated experience in Enterprise IT Architecture, with a proven track record of designing and deploying global Microsoft 365 and Intune solutions.
• Deep subject matter expertise in Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, MAM/MDM, App Protection Policies, Endpoint Analytics, Remediation scripts).
• Comprehensive mastery of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online).
• Strong understanding of hybrid enterprise environments (Co-management with MECM/SCCM, Active Directory to Entra ID migration paths).
• Exposure to IT/OT identity and endpoint considerations in manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
• Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
• TOGAF, ITIL, or Agile certifications
• Exceptional architecture documentation capabilities, business translation skills, and the ability to influence senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
