Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations and sales performance of assigned outlets.
Ensure all outlets achieve monthly sales targets and operational KPIs.
Lead, supervise, and support Outlet Supervisors and outlet staff.
Monitor staff performance, customer service, and sales results.
Plan and coordinate manpower deployment across assigned outlets.
Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure Company standards are maintained.
Handle major customer complaints and operational issues.
Monitor inventory, cash handling, and daily outlet reports.
Ensure promotions and sales activities are properly implemented.
Monitor outlet costs, losses, and overall profitability.
Prepare and report outlet performance updates to Management.
Identify areas for improvement and take necessary follow-up actions.
Coordinate with HR and other departments on manpower and operational matters.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
