I am representing a global distributor that connects manufacturers with industrial, electrical, and network‑infrastructure customers through supply‑chain solutions and technical product expertise. It operates as a backbone provider for large‑scale projects, helping companies source, manage, and deploy critical components efficiently.

As part of their expansion, they are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to drive revenue by managing customer accounts, preparing quotations, and coordinating end‑to‑end order fulfilment to support the sales team and ensure smooth, responsive customer engagement.

about the role

Reporting to the Global Account Manager, your responsibilities would includes

• Manage daily sales activities for an assigned portfolio of regional accounts, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the company's product portfolio.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on quotes, proposals, and tender submissions for wire, cable, datacom, physical security, and power distribution solutions.
• Oversee order fulfillment end-to-end using company ERP systems, ensuring pricing accuracy, correct inventory allocation, and on-time delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product specs, stock availability, order tracking, and pricing updates.
• Partner closely with Outside Sales Account Managers and supply chain teams to align on customer demand forecasts, special pricing agreements (SPAs), and vendor promotions.

Key Requirements

• Min 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Account Management, or Sales Operations within wholesale distribution, ICT, electrical, cabling, or industrial security sectors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with contractors, system integrators, and procurement teams.
