Role Description The ERP Manufacturing & Product Data Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Selangor, Malaysia. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing product data within the ERP system, including item master records, bills of materials, routings, and manufacturing parameters to support accurate planning and efficient production. The executive collaborates closely with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and support new product introductions. Daily tasks include analyzing production and product data, updating configurations, supporting system testing for ERP changes, generating reports for decision-making, and ensuring alignment with global data standards and compliance requirements. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline data processes and enhance visibility across operations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to manage, validate, and interpret ERP manufacturing and product data.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and document processes clearly.
• Understanding of sales processes and how product and manufacturing data support order fulfillment and customer experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or related field; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple data-related tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work on-site in Selangor, Malaysia and collaborate in a multicultural, global organization.
