Job Description:
Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments
Documenting customers concerns and comments
Writing job orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
Explaining and estimate time needed for repairs and cost estimates to customers
Handling customer complaints
Inspects work completed by mechanics
Follow up on job orders to ensure ETC (Estimated time of completion) is met
To cover duties of colleagues when required
To close job card in a timely manner
Requirement:
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, as well as take on additional responsibilities as assigned
Self-starter, ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Fast and mesticulous worker
Eye for details
Can do and positive attitude
