Paul Quinn is a Singapore-based executive search leader ("The Career Cornerman") and founder of Westport Partners, Quinntessential Coaching, and the Quinntessential Questions podcast — a top 15% global video podcast featuring guests from C-suite executives to Olympians. We're building out a growing library of social, promotional, and episode content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, and need a sharp motion designer to help bring it to life.
The Role
We're looking for a part-time / full-time Graphic Motion Designer to produce polished, on-brand motion graphics and animated assets supporting the podcast, coaching platform, and personal brand content. You'll work closely with the production team to turn scripts, episode footage, and static designs into engaging motion content.

We're looking for a part-time / full-time Graphic Motion Designer to produce polished, on-brand motion graphics and animated assets supporting the podcast, coaching platform, and personal brand content. You'll work closely with the production team to turn scripts, episode footage, and static designs into engaging motion content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and animate short-form video content (reels, promos, episode teasers) for LinkedIn and Instagram
- Create animated title cards, lower thirds, transitions ,and end screens for podcast episodes
- Build motion graphics templates for recurring content formats (episode milestones, guest announcements, CTAs)
- Animate poster artwork and guest promo assets
- Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines(colour palette, typography, signature visual style)
- Collaborate with the graphics/production team onturn around timelines tied to the weekly episode release schedule
- Proven experience in motion graphics / animation (AfterEffects, Premiere, or similar)
- Strong portfolio of short-form social video work
- Comfortable working to a recurring weekly content schedule
- Good eye for typography, pacing, and brand consistency
- Able to take direction from scripts and storyboards andtranslate them into engaging visuals
- Prior experience with podcast, personal-brand, or executive content is a plus
- Part-time / project-based, with flexibility around volume of weekly deliverables
- Remote-friendly, with regular check-ins with the production team
- Ongoing engagement tied to the weekly podcast release cadence and social content calendar
