Job Posting: Assistant Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Improvement - Oversee inspection, control, and improvement of raw materials, processes, and finished products. Maintain monitoring equipment and lead certification audits.

Customer Complaint Management - Analyze and resolve customer complaints and product returns. Develop corrective measures and ensure production teams implement improvements.

Personnel & Training - Promote company culture, manage attendance, and approve leave. Design training plans, onboarding programs, skill assessments, and HR collaboration for multi-skill development.

6S & Safety - Establish and monitor departmental 6S and safety systems. Address hazards promptly and maintain compliance documentation.

Performance & Cost Management - Plan manpower and positions, evaluate employee performance, assist in wage calculations, and verify departmental expenses.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree or above (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, or related preferred).

-Over 5 years of experience in quality management.

-Strong organizational, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

-Familiarity with ISO 9001 systems and proficiency in quality tools.

-Proven ability to implement comprehensive quality management practices.
