We are looking for a TikTok Live Host Manager to build, manage and grow our TikTok Live team. You will be responsible for managing hosts, improving livestream performance and driving audience engagement, leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard and manage TikTok Live Hosts.
• Plan and manage daily/weekly livestream schedules.
• Train and coach hosts to improve presentation, engagement and sales skills.
• Develop livestream content, scripts, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor livestream performance, viewer engagement and sales results.
• Set and track KPIs for individual hosts and the team.
• Analyse performance data and implement strategies to improve results.
• Motivate and develop high-performing hosts.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to maximise leads and conversions.
• Ensure livestreams follow TikTok guidelines and company standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in TikTok Live, livestreaming, social media, e-commerce, sales or digital marketing.
• Experience managing or coaching livestream hosts is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Creative, energetic and comfortable working in front of/around livestream environments.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends and audience engagement.
• Sales-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
