• Possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
• Good in communication in written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-tasking. 
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Maintain aging reports
• Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Perform general clerical duties including data entry and answering inquiries.
• Perform ad hoc task assigned by superior
• Ensure all financial documents are accurately filled and easily accessible
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
