T&T Design And Renovation Hiring! Full Time Site Supervisor in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

• Supervise and monitor daily renovation and construction activities at project sites.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, workers and suppliers to ensure work is carried out according to schedule.
• Ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings, design specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and report project status, issues and delays to the Project Manager / Management.
• Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Managers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify workmanship, safety and construction issues.
• Ensure materials delivered to site are correct, in good condition and according to project requirements.
• Follow up on rectification works and ensure defects are properly resolved.
• Ensure the site is kept clean, organized and safe throughout the renovation process.
• Check measurements and work progress where required.
• Assist in coordinating site deliveries, installations and material arrangements.
• Handle basic on-site problem solving and communicate issues to the relevant departments promptly.
• Ensure all works comply with project timelines and company requirements.
• Take site photos and provide regular progress updates and reports.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
